Do you offer 24/7 visibility to my product?
Yes, our advanced barcoding system and online portal give you 24/7 real-time access to your inventory. When your shipment arrives, it is scanned, verified, and entered into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). We promise precise tracking and location assignment of your product within our warehouses. You will also receive automatic inbound receipts.
Do you offer tools for order management?
You can place orders, track inventory levels, and generate custom reports through our user-friendly online portal.
Do you support e-commerce integrations for fulfillment?
Yes, we support a wide range of fulfillment needs, including shipments to major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target, as well as local deliveries and scheduled pickups. We receive all types of shipments and palletize to meet exact specifications and retailer compliance standards.
With flexible shipping options, including parcel, LTL, and FTL freight, we fulfill all orders accurately, efficiently, and on time every time.
Do you ship same day?
All orders submitted by 2 pm PST will be fulfilled by the next business day. Any orders received after 2 pm PST or same day that require expedited fulfillment will incur an expedited fee per order.

Do you offer household goods storage for military contracts?
Yes, Allstate Logistics provides affordable, full-service household goods (HHG) storage for military contracts. We secure all items in wooden vaults within our monitored, military-inspected warehouses. Our facility has advanced surveillance systems, strict theft control measures, and fire suppression technology, ensuring protection of stored goods.
Do you offer concierge services for boat and RV storage?
Yes, we have premium boat and RV storage with the convenience, flexibility, and extras you will not find at a typical facility. Our fully paved, gated storage lot gives you 24/7 access with your own gate code, wide-drive lanes for easy maneuvering, and spacious drive-up parking.
We offer jump starts, fresh water fill-ups, propane refills, and washing upon request.
What is our process for receiving and storing inventory?
Upon receiving inventory, the warehouse will inspect for damages, confirm paperwork from carrier/customer, and create an Extensiv receipt with detailed information. The warehouse will then tag all pallets with a unique scannable barcode, locate to the rack, and scan for proper location. All paperwork is turned in and uploaded to Extensiv. Once all charges are captured, the order is closed, and the auto-notification is emailed to the customer.
As a customer, would it be possible for me to visit one of your warehouses or distribution centers to verify compliance with regulations and standards?
We welcome all customers to schedule an on-site visit. We have customers perform annual audits, as well as customers needing to access their inventory for inspection purposes.
